Having used Evite earlier this year to plan a surprise party, I have to say I was underwhelmed by the system and the options. Along comes Cocodot. The design options are quite nice, much easier to use, and the whole setup makes a lot more sense including the social network components. Not a huge fan of the black background which makes the overall experience a bit busy with the competing visual elements that to sit on the background.

Especially nice are the myriad choices of visuals, ability to use your own design, or customize existing designs with the panels seen in the screen grab below. All right. Which one of you is using this to plan and invite me to a party?
